4 - Final Preparation for School-Entry

Contact each team member to discuss their progress on follow-up tasks from the team meeting. Below is a list of items to confirm.

Has each person reviewed the materials you provided at the kick-off meeting?
Are there any questions or concerns?
Has the FM system been ordered? Has it been received? Has it been installed in the classroom?
Has an interpreter/translator for your child been procured (if needed)?
Has the child's teacher been offered any training opportunities or additional support?
