Share this information, at a minimum, with the school:- Name of your child and anticipated start date at the school
- Brief information about cochlear implants - what they do and how long your child has had one
- Any special accommodations your child will need
- Your contact information
- If you conduct the meeting by phone, we suggest you follow up by email, and provide your contact information again.
