Challenge: Frequent communication has lapsed

Over time, the teacher stopped communicating with you frequently. While this may indicate that your child is doing great and there is nothing to report, do not fall out of the habit of communicating regularly and openly with one another.

Strategy: Contact the teacher with a plan to get back on track. Acknowledge the busy pace of life, but emphasize that the communication log is an important record keeping tool for your child.
